Myself Sukanya Akula, Canadian Citizen, in Canada since 20+ years.
Worked as Business Analyst in Ministry of Transport, Elections Canada and other financial organizations. With a Passion to do Business, took a Business Loan from BDC in 2021 and started business on products as coffee Beans, Imported Coffee bean from Quebec to roast, grind and supply to local coffee shops in Toronto and also retail market.
I as keen to expand Business and was also exploring to bring Canola Oil and research details
Found the below company: AVANTI EXPORT IMPORT SL General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) registration number (72423000084). Agricultural Commodities & Dry Foods: Wholesale supply chains managing dry fruits, nuts, pulses, and grain logistics.

She said she will join her manager in group, Mr. Christopher Young and joined him in the group.
Both Develi Ackay and Christpher informed, we will receive shipping documents
We received a document Aug 10 from S.P.I.D Shipping agent PIOTR OSTAPOWICZ

Christopher young said shipment is ready and we need to send the remaining amount, he had an accident and he is not able to pay, if we send payment to S.P.ID we will receive the shipment as the product is in Transit
Now we sent the 3rd instalment to S.P.I.D
S.P.I.D, shipping agent emailed on Aug 22 2026
Since it was first shipment form another country, and we are in Canada doing business last 10 years, trusted the businesses in Spain.After a while I observed the pattern of contact and how after 90% payment the shipment is not received. I emailed a lawyer in Spain and he asked my contact number, called and informed everything is Scam and all he documents are forged
As now no replies from Develi Ackay E and no replies from his Manager Christopher Young
